Rooms that let you exhale.

We design calm homes and small hotels. Light, material, and a plan you can actually build — not a moodboard that dies in a folder.

What we actually do

Not décor. We decide where light falls, what you touch, and what you never have to think about again.

Courtyard with a single tree

01 — Live

Private homes

Full interiors for people who want fewer objects and better mornings. Plan, materials, joinery, lighting.

02 — Stay

Small hotels

Guest rooms that feel owned, not branded. We keep the lobby quiet and the bed honest.

Method

Three steps. Then we build.

Most studios sell a deck. We sell a room you can walk into. The first month is a fixed fee so you know the cost before anyone lifts a hammer.

Visit30 minutes on site or on video. We look at light, noise, and what you already love.
  2. 02
PlanOne week later: a single layout, a short material board, and a number.
  3. 03
MakeWe stay through joinery and paint. You live with the room, not a PDF.
“We took out half the furniture and the house finally started working.”
Mira Solberg · Villa Lärk, 2025

First conversation

Tell us the room that bothers you.

We reply the same day with two possible dates. No deck. No retainer until you like the plan.

Received. We’ll write today.
